Hello! This study has been designed to explore the topic of activism. The survey to follow will gather information on your lived experience with social activism and mobilization since the most recent US presidential election.

Should you decide to participate, you will be asked a total of 30 questions that are estimated to take you between 15-20 minutes to complete.

There are no right or wrong answers! Please take your time and answer each question to the best of your ability.

Some questions will ask you to write your answer; Take as much space as you need to tell your story. Other questions will ask you to give a score on a scale or select a specific response.  

Your responses are anonymous and will only be shared when compiled with those of other participants. You should not experience any discomfort while completing this study but if you do, you are free to stop at any time. If you decide to end participation, your responses will not be included in the study.

The researcher is conducting the study under the approval of Yorkville University's Research Ethics Board. If you have questions or concerns that you would like addressed prior to starting the survey, please email Dr. Andree Robinson-Neal, primary researcher, at arobinson-neal@yorkvilleu.ca.

Further, I am giving my consent to participate in this study about my lived experiences with social activism and mobilization since the most recent US presidential election. I understand that my responses will be kept confidential and that I will not be identified, that my answers will only be shared in aggregate (in combination with all participant responses), that I should not experience any discomfort due to my participation, and that I Am free to stop out at any time (if I stop out, my responses will not be used in the study).
